직접 설계한 AI 공장The AI factories I designed

서비스를 직접 만들어 운영하는 데서 그치지 않고, 반복되는 생산을 공장으로 묶었습니다. 여기 있는 공장은 "AI가 알아서 한다"가 아니라, 단계와 품질 게이트가 정의된 파이프라인입니다. 게이트를 통과하지 못하면 다음 단계로 가지 못하고, 사람이 개입하는 지점은 공장마다 정해져 있습니다. 앱은 심사 제출을 사람이 승인하고, 블로그·영상·웹 도구는 공개 전 사람 승인 없이 자동 검사를 거쳐 공개합니다. 수치는 표시된 기준일의 실측값입니다.I didn't stop at building and running services; I tied repeated production into factories. These are not "AI does whatever"; each is a pipeline with defined stages and quality gates. Work cannot advance past a failing gate, and the points where a person steps in are fixed per factory. I approve app submissions myself; the blog, videos and web tools go public after automated checks, with no pre-publish human approval. Figures are measured as of the date shown.
